MEET THE COACH
Christopher Carson here—Marine Corps machine gunner veteran and founder of M2 Fitness. My passion for fitness was forged in the military, where discipline, strength, and endurance weren’t just ideals—they were necessities. I created M2 Fitness with the same mindset, naming it after the legendary M2 .50 caliber machine gun, also known as the "Ma Deuce." This weapon has been a battlefield staple for over a century, proving its reliability, power, and effectiveness with only minor adjustments over time. Just like the M2, true fitness isn’t about flashy trends or quick fixes—it’s about mastering the fundamentals and staying consistent.
At M2 Fitness, I cut through the noise of fad workout programs and fitness gimmicks that promise results but rarely deliver. Just like the Ma Deuce remains dominant through its simple yet effective design, real fitness is built on tried-and-true principles: strength training, conditioning, and disciplined habits.
